Q. How does your ordering process work?
A. Visitors to our web site may browse our products and add those that they wish to purchase to their shopping cart. The shopping cart stores these products for you. Once you've added a product to your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or complete your purchase immediately.

When you're happy that you've added all the goods you require to your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout.

Q. How much do you charge for freight?
A. Freight is dependent on your location. Shipping rates are displayed at the time of checkout.

Our normal freight service is NZ Post, although we are able to use other reputable services if you require.

Please contact us if you require a different freight solution - we'd be happy to help.

Q. When will my order arrive?
A. This depends on your location and method of payment. Shipments will be sent once billing details are verified.

Q. Can I order something and have it delivered to someone else?
A. Yes, just fill in a different delivery address.

Q. Do you accept International orders?
A. Yes, we do.

Q. Is GST payable on goods shipped outside New Zealand?
A. No, however, in order to simplify our billing process, we have included packaging costs with the price of each product for International orders.

Q. Can I come in and make the purchase in person?
A. Not at present. Due to the nature of our business we are constantly travelling around the world to attend different events. The Flatmates Art Company have provided an online ordering service in response to requests from customers wishing to make purchases after we have left their area.

Q. When do you process credit card payments?
A. Once the goods have been ordered.

Q. What happens if the goods are out of stock?
A. This won't happen. We have procedures in place to ensure that we are aware of current stock levels. Should stock levels fall below expected demand for our products before we are able to restock, we will post notification on our web site and temporarily suspend sales until that particular product is back in stock.

Q. Do you accept payment by credit card only?
A. No. We also accept cheques.

Q. How safe is credit card payment over the Internet? How safe are my details?
A. The Flatmates Art Company Ltd process payments through our secure server. The secure server uses SSL encryption, that ensures that you can communicate securely with us. SSL protects all communications and sensitive personal information. SSL security makes purchasing over the web very secure.

A. We accept VISA, Bankcard, Mastercard.

Q. How do I arrange for an item to be returned?
A. Please note that Event CD's may only be returned for a CD of the same event. All other products will be replaced if proven to be a manufacturing error.
